We are a small family farm located in the beautiful small town of Willamina, Oregon. Our goal for our herd is to produce show quality animals that can still be competitive in the milk pal. We participate annually in Linear Appraisal and are working hard towards these goals. We started our little herd in the summer of 2012. I had always wanted goats and when my husband finally said yes, we made the leap into the awesome life of goat husbandry. We originally started out with three beautiful does. We have since grown adding quality milk and show lines to our herd with about 15 breeding animals at this time. In the last two years we have worked on finding those bloodlines that will help us reach our goals. When acquiring new bloodlines, we look for strong milking lines and show quality conformation. We have finally started retaining our own kids and will be working towards breeding for that perfect dairy goat. We have spent a lot of time doing research to ensure that our mineral and feed plan offers our goats everything they need. We do not breed for colors or "extras". We breed to better the breed to the best of our ability. Colors are fun and are a fun part of raising Nigerians but color doesn't make the goat or put milk in the bucket. Feel free to check back regularly as we are constantly improving our website to include more information and including individual personal pages on for our goats. We hope you enjoy our website and thank you for stopping by.
